Enjoy a walk in the park and explore the beautiful village, Bakewell, one of the most famous spots in the Peak District.
We will start the walk from Chatsworth House, where is Pemberley, Darcy’s home in the film Pride & Prejudice. After walking along the River Derwent and we will finish the walk in Bakewell. You will have time to visit this beautiful place.
Join our trip on Saturday 29 July, we’ll experience the beauty of the Peak District.

Time and location to assemble: 9.40 am at Sheffield Interchange D3 (10.10 bus)
Returning time: we’ll take 218 bus at 16.20, expect to arrive at 17.21.
Transportation Expenses: (buy tickets yourself)
- Return ticket: £6.55
Things to bring:
- Money for tickets. (Although you may pay by card, we would recommend you prepare cash if the machine doesn’t work.)
- Packed Lunch
- Water
How long is the walk?
It’s about 7.5 km, we estimate to finish it in 4 hours.
